Terms of Use — Yalmio
Last updated: 16 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-16
Agreement
By using Yalmio or creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password and devices safe.
- You must be at least [13] years old.
- You are responsible for activity in your account. End any session you do not recognize in "Devices & sessions".
Your content
- What you add is yours. You give us only the limited permission needed to store it, sync it and show it to the people you choose to share it with.
- Content you add to a shared space is visible to its members according to their roles, and may remain there after you leave or delete your account, as the privacy policy explains.
- "View without download" does not prevent screenshots, and revoking a share does not recall copies already downloaded.
Acceptable use
Do not use Yalmio for illegal content, abuse, harassment or spam, to upload malware, or to try to access what you are not allowed to. You can report and block any content or user in the app; we review reports and may suspend accounts that break these terms.
What the app is not
Yalmio is a general organizing tool: it does not give medical, legal or financial advice, does not calculate medication doses, and does not represent any official body.
The service
- We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but it is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Keep exports of what matters to you.
- We may change features or end the service with reasonable prior notice and a chance to export.
- External services (such as Google Drive, or signing in with Apple, Google or Facebook) are governed by their providers' terms.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the web page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. [Detailed limits — legal review.]
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [country]; disputes go to [court/authority].
Changes
If the terms change materially, we ask for your agreement in the app before you continue.
